Picture evening
The village history working group invited guests to a special picture evening: stories were told using old and current photos, many memories were awakened, and there were exciting insights into our village's past.
Playground shading
The playground on Bründelkampsweg is set to become even more attractive and safer. SchwicheldtMiteinander e.V. is planning to create shaded areas so that children can play carefree even on hot summer days.

Stork's nest
After lightning struck the water tower, a pair of storks used the tower as a nesting site. However, for historical reasons, a permanent nest cannot be built there.
