Village history

Our past is a treasure that we want to preserve and make visible. The village history working group of SchwicheldtMiteinander e.V. deals with the history of our village—from old photos and documents to personal memories.

The group's goals: 

• Collect and archive historical materials 

• Prepare exciting stories and facts 

• Organize exhibitions and events on village history 

The projects: 

• Picture evenings – We show historical and current photographs and invite people to share their stories. 

• Village calendar – A calendar that combines tradition and the present, with photos from earlier times and contemporary motifs.
