Christian Bartscht, 1st Chairman:
Christian Bartscht has overall responsibility for realizing the association's purpose and the strategic direction of SchwicheldtMiteinander. He chairs meetings, represents the association externally, and ensures proper organization. As first chairman, he ensures compliance with the statutes, signs important documents, and assumes responsibility for correct accounting and the fulfillment of tax obligations.

Axel Brandis, Vice Chair:
Axel Brandis continuously supports the Chair in his duties and actively participates in the strategic development of the association. He is involved in implementing the association's goals and ensures that its work progresses reliably and effectively.

Melanie Lutz, Finances & Membership management:
Melanie Lutz manages membership administration and monitors the correct payment of membership fees. She handles bookkeeping, pays invoices, and ensures that the association's financial affairs are managed reliably and transparently.

Lena Brandes, Communications:
Lena Brandes is responsible for the association's internal and external communications. She compiles minutes of meetings, handles public relations and marketing, and maintains the website. In doing so, she ensures transparency, visibility, and clear channels of information within and outside the association.

Lukas Bartscht, Assessors:
Lukas Bartscht and Arne Thiel support the Board of Directors with a wide range of tasks and get involved where special activities are required. This includes maintaining the Dorfleben app. With their involvement, they contribute to the practical implementation of the association's work.

Joachim Klamka, Project Coordinator:
Joachim Klamka is responsible for the association's project management and ensures that projects are clearly structured and coordinated. He draws up project profiles, coordinates closely with the Management Board and project teams and is responsible for scheduling to ensure that SchwicheldtMiteinander initiatives are implemented successfully.
